New Face Party of Kenya ("FACE") is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019 and applicable regulations.
We collect: full name, National ID / Passport number, date of birth, gender, county of residence, phone number, email address, occupation, referral source, and anonymised browsing data.
Your data is used to process membership; communicate party news and events (with consent); verify identity; comply with ORPP statutory requirements; and analyse website usage (anonymised).
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data; withdraw consent; data portability; lodge a complaint with the ODPC. Email data@newfaceparty.com.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3). We maintain role-based access controls and conduct regular security reviews. Breach notification within 72 hours where required.
